Simple and fair terms for using PocketCmd

Welcome
By downloading, installing, or using PocketCmd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the app.
License
PocketCmd grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these terms.
The free version allows:
- Up to 3 simultaneous tasks
- 1 home screen widget
- Access to select themes
- All core features (SSH, SFTP, Browser, Log Viewer)
The premium version (via in-app purchase) unlocks:
- Unlimited simultaneous tasks
- Unlimited home screen widgets
- Access to all 10 themes
- Split screen mode
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your server credentials and SSH keys
- All actions performed through your PocketCmd connections
- Ensuring you have permission to access the servers you connect to
- Compliance with your server provider's terms of service
- Any data you view, edit, or delete through the app
Payments and Subscriptions
Premium features are available through in-app purchases via monthly or annual subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
Disclaimers
PocketCmd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of your connections or data
- Compatibility with all servers or configurations
We are not responsible for:
- Data loss or corruption on your servers
- Unauthorized access to your servers
- Network connectivity issues
- Server-side errors or misconfigurations
Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use PocketCmd for:
- Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Accessing servers without proper authorization
- Distributing malware or malicious code
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Violating any laws in your jurisdiction
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketCmd and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Server downtime or damage
- Security breaches on your servers
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months.
Updates and Modifications
We may update PocketCmd from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to discontinue PocketCmd or any features at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
