What does the free tier leave out?
Scale, looks, jump hosts and the server. Free is capped at one server, one group, one dashboard and one workspace, connects directly rather than through jump hosts, ships with a few themes and the default background, and cannot pair the companion server, so no sync, alerts or teams. Everything else is in: all four protocols, SFTP, tmux, the vault, snippets, port forwarding, every security feature, with no time limit and no feature timers.
What is Pro, exactly?
The same app with the caps removed and the server unlocked: unlimited servers, groups, dashboards and workspaces, split screen, multi-hop SSH, every theme and the editors, Vaults for zero-knowledge sync, always-on metrics and push alerts, and teams. Monthly, yearly and lifetime unlock the identical feature set.
What happens if my subscription ends?
Nothing is deleted. You pick one active server, one active dashboard and one active workspace, the rest stay visible and exportable, sync pauses, and Pro looks revert to the defaults. Resubscribe and everything comes back as you left it.
Do you offer licenses for companies?
Yes. Every team member needs a Pro license; for volume licensing, invoicing or procurement, contact us and we will sort it out.
What is the lifetime license?
A single payment for Pro, permanently, updates included. It costs $99 during the launch and $149 afterwards. Lifetime licenses have limited availability: only a set number will be sold, and once they are gone Pro is sold as a subscription only. A lifetime license you bought stays valid for good.
What happens when launch pricing ends?
New subscriptions go to $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year, and the lifetime license goes to $149 for as long as it is still available, if it is still available by that time. If you subscribe during the launch you keep the launch price for as long as you stay subscribed. We will not raise it on you later.
How many devices can I use Pro on?
Three at once. Every Pro purchase, subscription or lifetime, comes as a license code you enter in the app, and one code covers up to three devices across any of the five platforms. Remove a device in the app to free its slot.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the app goes back to the free tier with your servers, keys and vault intact. Canceling also ends your launch price, so a new subscription later pays the regular one.
Is there a trial?
The free tier is the trial. It never expires, so take as long as you like before deciding whether you need more than one server.
